If you realize that you made a mistake in entering your shipping information, please contact us right away. Anjaca is not liable for any item(s) shipped to an incorrect location due to an error entering the shipping address. Replacing the item or re-routing will be at the expense of the customer.
Anjaca is not responsible for items lost during the shipping process. For bulk, wholesale, and international orders we recommend shipping insurance at the buyers expense.
All items are made to order (with love & joy) so please allow 4 business days for your order to be processed BEFORE being shipped. We ship USPS first class but if you need expedited shipping, please request this and we can arrange to do so for an extra charge.
Delivery dates above are estimates; we always do our best to make and ship products in a timely fashion. Unless otherwise arranged, products will arrive packaged according to our current procedures.
